| ”Whoever
Joseph is, the brother can cook.” |
| Get going with pumpkin
and goat's cheese ravioli with pomodori salsa
$12, followed by chicken breast filled with
spinach and ricotta with plum sauce on garlic
mash $24. A coffee creme brulee $12 - and
we'd never had one of those before - is our
pick of the desserts. Though one would never
describe the place as expensive to start with,
the real bargains are to be had Monday to
Wednesdays nights, when there's a three-course
deal for $24. Additionally, seated before
7pm any night, customers get 25 per cent off.
There's a great reason to eat early before
taking in a film at the Cremorne Orpheum across
the road. |

| Probably the best place
in Sydney for informal dining. Great food
and sevice, and unbelievably good value. |

| Took my dad here for
his birthday, and although we missed the Mon-Wed
special, the food was fantasic and the service
was great. We worth a visit. Will definitely
be back as don't want to miss out on the 3
course special! |

| Fantastic portions of
food with incredible service. Great for a
bit of fine dining without costing too much.
I liked how there were 2 sections where one
side was a bit more romantic with the dim
lights and candlelit tables. |

| I cannot recommend
this place enough. We had the $24 meal for
Mon-Wed, and it was just fantastic and such
incredible good value. The little touches
like the bread, chocolates and immediate friendly
service is utterly impressive. The meals are
large, and in particular, the ricotta and
spinach chicken and the sticky date pudding
are particularly good. We will definitely
return. |

The food is better at
Josephs:
This place is great, it has everything your
fine dining restaurant has, bar the table
clothes and the tizzy food in the middle of
the plate. The food is better, the service
is great and for a fraction of the cost we
had an engagement party and were extremely
happy. Thank you Josephs for a great night |

| Good quality fresh food
what else can you ask for. I went there on
a Monday night and got 3 courses for $24.
It was exceptional. To top it off they gave
a bread roll to start and a gourmet chocolate
to finish. |

| Don't go anywhere 'til
you have been to Josephs. Fresh and tasty
- you can tell it is made as you order it.
Great 3 course special for $24 on Mon/Tue/
Wed. |

| Stumbled here from the
Hotel Cremorne and attracted by the $24 three
course dinner special (Wednesday night - although
I think they do it on Mon and Tues too). The
tables are a little crowded and the Military
Road isn't much of a view but the service
was attentive, friendly and fast and the food
(whilst not spectacular) was very good VFM.
I'm going back. |
